Welcome to NeuraFlow. This Privacy Policy applies to the Holospeak AI application and our associated services. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparency in how we use AI technologies.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up via Firebase Authentication (Google, GitHub, Microsoft, or Email/Phone), we store your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID).
• Chat History: We store the text conversations you have with our AI models to provide context for future messages and chat history retrieval.
• Generated Content: Video prompts and result identifiers generated via the Veo model.
• Usage Logs: Metadata regarding login times and feature usage to improve system performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service Provision: To authenticate you, save your preferences, and maintain your conversational history across sessions.
• AI Improvement: Anonymized interaction data may be used to fine-tune our system prompts (but not the core models themselves).
• Safety & Moderation: To detect and prevent abusive behavior, hate speech, or illegal activities using our Admin Panel.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party providers to power Holospeak AI:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database (Firestore), and hosting.
• Google AI (Gemini & Veo): For text and video generation. Your prompts are sent to Google APIs.
• OpenAI & Groq: For alternative LLM responses.
• Vercel: For frontend delivery and edge computing.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You may request full account deletion by contacting support. Upon deletion, your profile and chat logs are permanently removed from Firestore.

6. Children's Privacy

Holospeak AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
