• You may use the AI chat and video generation features for personal or non-commercial research purposes.
• You agree not to use generated content to spread misinformation, hate speech, or illegal material.

3. AI Limitations

Holospeak AI utilizes large language models (LLMs) which may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or hallucinated information. You acknowledge that:

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• AI advice (medical, legal, financial) should never replace professional consultation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google/GitHub/Email). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our safety policies.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Holospeak AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NeuraFlow AI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
