2. Scope of Support

We provide support for:

  • Account access issues (Login/Sign-up failures).
  • Billing inquiries (if premium features are active).
  • Reporting bugs or technical glitches in the chat interface.
  • Data deletion requests.

Note: We cannot provide support for incorrect AI responses or debugging third-party API outages (e.g., if OpenAI is down).
