1. Roles & Hierarchy

NeuraFlow and Holospeak AI operate with a strict role-based access control system to ensure security and accountability.

  • Administrator: Highest level of access. Can view user logs, manage improved services, and oversee compliance. This role is protected by Firebase Custom Claims and requires cryptographic private key verification.
  • Legal & Compliance Team: Responsible for maintaining these policy documents and ensuring adherence to global AI safety standards.
  • Development Team: Responsible for feature implementation, security patching, and infrastructure maintenance.

2. Admin Panel Protocols

Access to the Holospeak AI Admin Panel is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Access Control: Granted solely via direct database claims requiring root-level authentication.
  • Monitoring: Admins may review conversation logs solely for the purpose of debugging, safety moderation, and improving AI response quality.
  • Audit Logs: All admin actions are logged to ensure transparency and prevent abuse of power.

3. Code of Conduct
